Called the store maybe five times only got an answer one time but other than that seems like the website was pretty clear and I like the fact that you got free samples I’m excited to actually see the product so this is more just based on website being user-friendly and I guess minus one star because they never answered the phone

Be very careful when ordering the chairs. They come in both leather and vintage velvet options. Do not look at the photos of the chairs as you select the fabrics b/c some are pictured in leather while others are in velvet. It's misleading. We thought we were ordering leather and ours arrived in velvet.

The Rove Concepts website is intuitive and relatively easy to navigate; however, it requires more bandwidth as it's painfully slow. The cart and checkout procedures are straightforward.

A few nights in and I am satisfied with my purchase. After a failed delivery attempt because of damaged merchandise, the order was finally completed. The customer service department was very helpful with the claims process. Although from purchase to delivery took a little over two months, I am happy with the bed.

Unfortunately we purchased counter stools that were described as “black” and the colour was definitely not black which made it very difficult for us since it didn’t match our decor and we had to return it and had to repackage each item and spend 300 dollars to have it picked up and then returned for which we were not compensated. The entire purchase amount was refunded but I am very disappointed since the misleading description is what made me assume that black will be black and not grey as in any world black means black. Anyways lesson learnt, but I hope that rove will correct the description so as not to mislead anyone else. We had already waited over 16 weeks for this item and would have to wait another 16-20 weeks for another order and therefore decided to go elsewhere. Originally we were told we will receive this item in October and then it got bumped to December, so even though we would like to continue to do business with Rove we feel a little disheartened as we spend more than we would elsewhere but in turn have to pay for delivery even though clearly it was an error in description.

So far things are good with my order. The only snafu that I had was that I also wanted to order a table but the info on when that would be ready to shipped kept changing on the site-- and I didn't want to hold up the rest of my furniture from being shipped. So I eventually eliminated it from my order.

Shopping experience online was pretty easy. I'd say the only thing I'd like to see some improvements on is the speed of the website. Pages load much more slowly than they should oftentimes making you feel like you mis-clicked or didn't click at all.
