Couldn't be happier!

Update for previous review (amazing customer service, high quality product, etc): I tend to be very neat and tidy, but life happens. A few days ago, I sat on the Hugo sectional I purchased in glacier grey velvet, not noticing that I had a little chocolate flake stuck to my finger. I reached for my throw blanket and watched the flake fall onto the couch... in the middle of a winter heatwave in Southern California... the chocolate softened and melted onto the velvet almost immediately. I'm so happy to report that a very gentle dab with a soft cloth and some mild soap/water completely and almost effortlessly removed the stain. I've also used the small brush attachment on my Dyson vacuum to gently clear away any fluff and brush the nap/keep it looking shiny... it really is so super easy to clean and care for. Couldn't be happier with this purchase.

Although I’m not 100% sure about the membership fee - why not just increase your prices slightly and have no membership fee, I’m happy with our recent purchase transactions. I understand it will take a few months for our dining table to arrive and hopefully it will be worth the wait.

Table is great but delivery delays cause disappointment.

The table is lovely and a great addition to my home. It matches the coffee table we bought 2 years ago and with its timeless style it will last for many years to come. But delivery times have been long - I ordered it on October 4, 2020 and received it on January 13, 2021. I also have chairs on order that I paid for in August 2020 that still have not arrived. Delivery dates changed more than once at random without any email notification. This is disappointing .

Long awaited delivery

This is a review about the experience- not just the bed. Bed- 5 stars! Gorgeous bed with gorgeous wood, love the pillow board, sturdy, easy enough to put together. The bed had quite a few hiccups getting here. One box arrived damaged to the shipping company to the point that the items inside were damaged. So they shipped it back, and we waited. I asked Rove if our $200 shipping fee would be prorated since the shipping didn’t quite live up to $200 standards. They said no but we got Rove credits. When I tracked our replacement a month 5 ish weeks later, it was all at the delivery company, but no one communicated to us, and to schedule a delivery, the website was broken, and I waited on hold for just over 2 hours to schedule a delivery. As delivery day comes, my husband leaves work early, and the delivery company has 3 of 4 boxes to make the bed... a couple days later, we had all items! The local delivery company, Pilot, out of Kent, WA was actually very nice and apologetic for all the issues and made it better. The bed was put together nicely and looks wonderful.

Customer service is very helpful in updating our new delivery date

First we are very pleased with the modern design that Rove has to offer. The customer service and the live chat especially is very helpful, Michelle from live chat was very helpful in sorting out our issue with the delivery date. She was able to help us updating the delivery date despite the items have been scanned for shipping. Thank you for this flexibility.
