I love the design in Rove Concept. They are special unique and fashion. It would be better if free shipment can be offered to members. Also there is quite a lot of items that are not in stock, and there is no way to find out the expected back in stock time. It would be better if these info can be provided.

We got the Dresden Sectional Chaise and Sofa in dusk velvet. The sofa is absolutely gorgeous, especially the finishing is class apart. I have browsed rigorously for months for a good looking sofa and Dresden fit the bill. A perfect addition to our living room. The only difficulty was it came in without any assembly instructions, even if the assembly was easy, it would have helped if we had some goto list to assemble. We also had a bad experience with the delivery, the first shipment came in with missing parts and we had to wait a whole month for a second shipment to arrive and had to follow up multiple times to get a status.

I am very pleased with ordering on the website. Prior to placing my order I had questions about the furniture piece I was interested in. I called and the representative answered all my questions, he was courteous and extremely helpful. I highly recommend Rove Concepts.

I haven't received my order yet but the shopping experience was good overall, the website is easy to navigate , the furniture is reasonably priced , I cant comment on quality yet ,but I can comment on design , it is fantastic, with respect to delivery delays , I think its more to do with the pandemic , so I will cut them some slack there.

Overall, my experience was very positive. The pictures of the product along with the description gave me enough confidence for the purchase. The only complaint that I have is the slowness of the website itself; the navigation was a bit painful as it takes a long time for each product to load.

Love all my choices from Rove! I ordered the Womb chair and ottoman, wishbone bar stools and the wishbone dining chairs. All are stylish, practical and well made. I am very pleased! They are a good value and beautiful.
