Website was very easy to use and it showed its merchandise very very well, ordering the product was also very easy. Wasn't sure exactly how the membership work or if it's even necessary for this type of vendor.

Ordering process was good. Customer service was able to answer all questions, but the website is a little slow at times and the chat functionality is only there occasionally. We'll see how the shipping turns out since that's where most people are saying that they're having issues.

The live chat gave incorrect info about left hand orientation saying the chaise side is on the left and longer than the other side of Dresden Modular couch. I was confused and sent a message to the customer service to get the clarification but no response yet.

Haven't received the furniture yet, so can only comment on the customer service which so far has been good.

Overall experience has been good. Takes a while to get the product but I guess it was worth it. The only thing I have to complain about is inconsistency of the credits. I was told I would get my credit for sumbmitting a photo 3-5 business days and cause I wanted the credit for my table purchase but it took too long and gave up trying to talk to someone about it and just purchased it. Now I got an email about writing a review with another credit. Let’s see how long this will take.

We moved into our newly renovated 130 year old home in March, and have been looking ever since for counter stools that we like. Who knew it would be so difficult? My husband found the ones we ultimately purchased on your site, and we immediately ordered them. We don't have them yet, so can't really speak to the shipping process or quality of the items, but the order process was super easy.

I recently ordered a set of dining room chairs from Rove Concepts. I'm very excited about the style and design of the chairs. Before purchasing 8 Aubrey side chairs I had requested pu leather swatches twice. To my surprise it was delivered within 2 days as promised for both deliveries. However I wish the Trento Eggshell swatch was available. Now fingers crossed that all 8 chairs is delivered as scheduled & defect free! If so, I will be purchasing the matching counter stools.
