MOST AMAZING SHIPPING COSTS & FREE PICK UP OPTION
My husband and I were looking for statement chairs for the heads of our dining table. We had purchased most of our furniture from west elm, and was familiar with the delivery costs. Two chairs would exceed the small parcel delivery and we would have to pay 299 delivery. So we tried to search else where! We loved the stuff at ROVE and even paying for the membership items were cheaper than west elm! We then were scared about shipping costs and ROVE was based in LA. We decided to try and order and see what the costs would be life....we were shocked to see it would only be $79 bucks...but the most shocking of all was that there was a pick up location that is very close to our home! Truly amazing! the website was easy to navigate and we are super excited for our chairs. Plus we are now eyeing on our next purchase as we get 10% cash back voucher from our first purchase to our next purchase! Happy Shopping at ROVE Concepts

Impressed But Would Prefer Immediate Access to Credit to Order Second Product
Hi there was very impressed with availability of online chat, all was clear and helpful. We were ordering two loveseats. Eligible for 10 percent credit for next purchase. Our only disappointment was our inability to order one loveseat, and then use the credit for the second. This would be a nice touch. We already have a Milo sectional and love it :)

The Rove site is very easy to navigate and explore. I love the membership discount, and how it's applied immediately (no code needed). I do wish there were more photos of the furniture in different spaces, to help the buyer visualize different furniture combinations and palettes. Keep it up, team!

Great experience! I am so excited to receive my Dresden Outdoor furniture from Rove! It was easy to visit the show room in Los Angeles. Haley was extremely helpful answering all my questions. It was simple to order online and use my voucher from a past purchase. I can't wait to see how great the pieces look at my house!
I love the products
I love the products! I bought quite a few items and they all look great and high quality. The only drawback was the delivery time and delivery process. It took almost 6 months from order. Once they arrived to the warehouse I called several time to try to expedite the delivery, without much success. Rove Concept tried to get away from responsibility once they handed it to the local courier, which wasn't really professional approach. Only after I reprimand them the delivery has been processed in a couple of days. The delivery guy came only by himself with 250kgs. of a sofa and some other heavy items, which my husband needed to help to carry into the house

Had a very hard time to choose from the coffee tables and end tables for my Mika modular set! Just because, the two different sets were just perfect!
So, that was my difficulty. It took me a couple of days! I finally made my decision and went with the Maria Collection set of coffee and end tables!
I chose them because I thought it gives a different look! The round shapes give a nice contrast from the linearity of the set. I can hardly wait! I also found the tables of the Maria collection very original!

Costumer care is very helpful and I have really enjoyed the items I have ordered so far. The one disappointment I have is the amount of time that it can take to get an item. I wish more items were stocked, instead of having to go to pre-order.

I love the products and Rove's customer service however I have had many damaged items due to delivery issues with damaged boxes.
The customer service is always very helpful but so far 4 chairs have arrived damaged and it takes up my time and energy to continually request a replacement piece.
