I ordered the 55" Bennett Media console from Rove Concepts in March 2021. What a disappointment to find that as soon as I had it delivered, the price is $200 less than what I paid. (Item now on sale Member Price $879) I paid Member Price $1099. I realize that items eventually go on sale, but I didn't expect it to be so soon after I ordered it. With tax and white glove delivery, I paid over $1300 for this item. In hindsight, I wish I would have waited until the item went on sale. For anyone considering a Rove Concepts purchase,,,try and wait a few months before purchasing to see if it goes on sale. You could save yourself a bundle. As far as the Bennett Console is concerned, it arrived in pristine condition. It is lighter in wood tone than I expected since I did get a sample first. It is also smaller in scale than I would have imagined, but works fine for my smallish apartment. I would not order this particular item for a big room since it is quite petite looking. Overall, I am somewhat satisfied. I think I paid too much for the product, but the actual piece is quite nice (although lighter than expected) and suits my purposes.

I have submitted 2 reviews on Rove Concepts before because I bought other items at a different time. Those 2 reviews were negative because of the check-out experience. This review is based on the collections and general expereince. I checked many other designer furniture websites and a small handful of them have collections of furnishing/furniture that have good values in my opinion. Rove Concepts is one of them and I currently like their selections of furniture. After checking out, a link to provide a review is offered and it claims to credit me for my next purchase, that process went automatically and without any issue. Another positive experience is the vouchers. As soon as the items I bought were shipped, I see the vouchers available in my account at Rove Concepts. Despite my negative reviews on the check-out process which was painful, the rest is quite pleasant and enough for me to endure the bad check-out process.

Shopping online was easy . Modern beautiful furniture at affordable prices. Can’t wait to receive our outdoor couch!!!

Everything was great until we tried to visit the LA showroom. I will give it a COVID pass, but at this stage in the pandemic all the other LA showrooms were open. I was told I could come in in 3 weeks! Kind of crazy. But everyone was super helpful on the chat and phone. I look forward to receiving my products!

Overall good experience. Little glitch with ordering on my cellphone, but managed to work it out with excellent customer service representative on the chat.

I recently moved and so bought alot of furniture from this store, while some of their stuff is unique, one has to agree the price points are high. My review is for the Halden Lounge Chair, Modern Felt, Alesund. Trento Black. Brass - Halden, what a waste of money and material, extremely, bulky and basically useless to sit on. I talked to the concierge service, i think Kendra on exchanging it and basically was flat out told no. considering all that I spent here and paid for a membership, i would have expected way better service. Hopefully this review can help someone from avoiding purchasing this chair, PLEASE DO NOT BUY IT

I think the website was easy to navigate and well displayed. I also have been looking at numerous furniture stores and have been having a hard time finding quality pieces that look stylish. Rove Concepts had a lot of beautiful furniture pieces that is exactly what i’ve been looking for! I’m very excited to see the furniture I ordered in person! The only thing I wish they offered was a local showroom. I think that would help me decide on what to buy. I know there is a warehouse nearby, but no opportunity to view the furniture.

I’ve been eyeing the Porter sofa for quite some time but had some questions / details to iron out before doing so. I ordered swatches to ensure I was selecting the right fabric, and they arrived rather quickly. I was impressed with the quality, but still had a few questions. After chatting with a rove team member, who was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, I decided in the final product and even got some guidance as to other design decisions for my space. Really appreciate the help!
