Delivery fees should be waived for members
I became a member to experience the various benefits RC has, however I was surprised to learn that white glove as well as standard shipping are not discounted if not waived completely for members. This should be included in membership otherwise I'm not sure if this is something we'll want to renew next year.

Wishbone Counter Stool
Absolutely in love with my Wishbone counter chair. I’ve been wanting one for a while and couldn’t be happier with the craftsmanship. Additionally, the ordering, preparation, and pickup process was seamless. Have just ordered 2 more chairs!
Thoughts
Overall, I think Rove Concepts does a great job at displaying their items online. Their products are beautiful and well designed. The reason I am giving four stars is because I have had to ordered the same swatch multiple times, just to receive one. I ordered a swatch for the hunter bed, the first one said it got delivered and didn't, so I reordered it and then received it. I ordered a swatch for a barstool I am interested in and have not received it so will most likely have to reorder the swatch. This has delayed my designing process.

Voucher Experience
I had a voucher that I was looking to use. I was hoping to get a black lounge chair, however it was not in stock for a few months. I went with the white which looks really nice, hoping it is not difficult to maintain and keep white. No issues with purchase process or using voucher. The shipping cost is fairly expensive.

Beautiful, functional, and comfortable
The wishbone chairs are of excellent quality. It’s not a “cushy” chair, as you can see by the design, but it’s very roomy and comfortable for everyday use at our kitchen table, and it’s just a beautiful piece of furniture. We’ll also be using these as side chairs in other rooms when we need additional seating. These chair are light and easy to move around, but feel very solid when sitting in them. One of our chairs was broken in transit and Rove Customer Service was quick to send a replacement. We’re very happy with these chairs and will definitely be purchasing more items in the future from Rove.
