I mistakenly ordered a white base for the carrera marble dining table, when having a black base with the marble was a prime reason I chose Rove. One email and the matter was corrected by the next morning. Very grateful for the prompt service that alleviated the anxiety created by my error.

I have made 10+ expensive orders that include beds, chairs, drawers, sofas, etc. The physical products are great. Durable, modern, and easy to assemble. However, every part of the customer experience has been terrible. From browsing on the slow misleading website all the way to receiving my order. All of it has been far from seamless. The website & UI is slow that makes purchasing difficult and the inventory/product specifications are not accurate with what is actually available. The company is very busy and hard to get a hold of. Even when you do get a hold of them, there is a lot of information they do not know like tracking numbers or estimated delivery times. Customer service is nice but a lot of these issues are out of their hands like the website having wrong info or carrier didn't provided a valid tracking number. The biggest issue is pick up and deliveries. The process is very confusing and almost always delayed. The third-party delivery service Rove Concepts uses is truly the worst experience. They will never answer the number you are given. All the delivery times are long (6-10 weeks) and will not arrive 2 weeks on top of the long delivery times due to third-party delays. I really like their products but it is too tough to purchase from them and the delays are just too much for me to handle.

I had a little issue with joining the membership but the assistant helped me right away. I like their modern design furniture!

We ordered one Evelyn Dining Table, two Aubrey Counter Stool, two Aubrey Armchair, and four Aubrey Side chairs in March 2021 and received my furniture in about two months. When they were delivered, both armchairs had wood cracked around edges and there were some scratches on table legs due to careless handling by the carrier. However, the Rove Concepts team took immediate action once they received my claims. They sent out two new replacement armchairs for free, which I received within one week. They also directed me to the link where I can purchase the wood stain tool (as well as reimbursed me $50) and now my table legs look perfect! All the furniture I purchased just look gorgeous and amazing!! The Evelyn Dining Table top is extremely heavy and it definitely needs two strong men to resemble. I really appreciate how Rove Concepts agents help their customers when they face any problems. I'll definitely consider buying their products again in the future!

Rove Concepts asked me to review my experience. So far, I've only viewed the website (about 100 times), decided what to order, and placed the order. The experience has been smooth enough so far. One little hiccup is that my attempt to chat with Rove was ignored (or a tech error happened and they weren't able to reply). I have not received shipping info or any furniture yet, so it's really premature to ask me to rate my experience. If things show up undamaged and I don't have issues with the furniture or delays with shipping, I'll come back and update this review with 5-stars. If there are problems, I'll come back and address those concerns. But for now, 3 stars because chat didn't work (for me), and I don't have anything from Rove yet (other than a much lighter wallet).

So excited to get another piece from Rove Concepts. Very easy to purchase online and schedule my pickup from their warehouse. Items are already ready for pickup less than a week after ordering them!
