I found the coffee table I wanted and purchased it. Signing up to be a member was easy and break down of savings was clear. Now just waiting to see if the product I receive will be as good as what I saw on the website.

I have been looking for the perfect lounger and came across Rove Concepts as I was scrolling on IG. I feel in love with their style and found the perfect lounger for my new patio. Unfortunately, it is backordered but I'm hoping I get it sooner than later!
Overall the website is easy to navigate and the members program is a nice incentive.
We will see how the rest of the process goes as I await my order.

Great Customer Service
Sinead did a really great job responding quickly and adding a few items to my order and letting me know that she had passed the info onto the shipping team. I was very happy with how easy and quick it was! Looking forward to receiving the furniture.
On a side note - the website seems to have a few glitches, I had trouble with it loading correctly. The first page would load, but when I scrolled it would show the additional options and I had to reload the page.

Quality Craftsmanship
Very happy with our new Hugo Sectional. The quality was as expected considering this is the most expensive piece of furniture we’ve ever bough. The craftsmanship is noticeable and the microfiber leather feels buttery soft. As many of the other reviews stated, this couch has a firm feel, which is what we were looking for. If you want and soft seat this might not be the couch for you. There is a beautiful perforated detail in the lower portion of the pillows. I assume this only comes on the microfiber leather selections. The chaise is almost as wide as the rest of the couch which allows the hubby and I to both enjoy it together along with our small dog.
This couch took months to receive since we selected a custom order fabric, but it did show up slightly earlier than expected and was definitely worth the wait. Already ordered a new chair to match.

Rove has great stuff, but horrendous customer service
Rove has great stuff, but terrible customer service. Really, really bad. Unhelpful, can't answer questions, their chat bot / agent service is terrible. If you have a question, they often can't answer it. Problem with your merchandise? That's unfortunate because they won't be able to help you. You are probably better off not buying from Rove.

I was looking for a work desk
I was looking for a work desk. When I checked out after signing up for the membership, it said the product was no longer available. I felt cheated. But after refreshing several times, it worked. Then when I tried to check out, you guys didn’t want to process my payment even after I confirmed with my bank.

The prices are very competitive with other sites, which is great cuz only Rove had the style of sofa i wanted in just about any color. And now i wait for it to arrive!
