I had a very good experience purchasing my sofa. I was able to find out information on the material and it's durability easily - which was super important to me. I like having many colour and material options. Rove's products are high quality and I love the uniqueness of the designs. Although I do wish I would receive my voucher quicker because I have my eye on one of the chairs :)

I’ve ordered several times from rove now and still in dispute with an issue I’m currently having with an order that arrived with a missing seat. Overall the product is decent but customer service can be improved. Quality control is another area where Things can be improved as well. The chair that was sent to me was packed with no car and the box was mangled on arrival which caused damage to the chair itself. Other than the issue with that single chair everything else was fine as expected.

Picked up at the warehouse. Person who helped me load my side table was very nice. Nice sturdy marble only complaint is i wish it was a bit taller. Also, the predrilled holes are not aligned so screwing it was a bit of an issue.

The buying experience is great. The customer service team is really responsive and has answered all my questions. That really helped me to make up my mind of which table top to get for our dining table.

I will give a 5 stars because in the end everything is perfect I have my dream furniture in my house. I have ordered Dresden sofa , Hunter beds and stands, Maria's Coffeys table and side table.However the process was somewhat difficult. First problem I encounter was contacting. If you use the phone as some internet orders (such as using vouchers) do not work yet well, you may have to wait up to 1/2 hours. However the person was very helpful and nice. Second problem was delivery of a broken furniture. You have to be aware that you have only a 3 days window to make your claim. One of the sofas was replaced and I am very pleased. The delivery service company should do a better job.
