I have ordered so much from Rove. The product is amazing and customer service is incredible. I have even had to return an item due to my own error in ordering and they made the process seamless. Love this company!!

I appreciated very much when we contacted Rove regarding our issues with the dining stools how accommodating they were and were happy to replace the items. Good customer service on your end makes the lives of designers much easier.

I’m really torn on this review — I’ve ordered multiple products and all are high quality. However, on a recent order for an outdoor patio set (~$4500) the order came missing eight screws, making the lounge chair inoperable. Simple mistake, easily resolved… or so I thought. I have been back-and-forth with customer service for two weeks now on an issue that could easily be resolved by popping eight screws in the mail. I’ve called twice, sent 7-8 emails, and had to send multiple photos (!). Time commitments are not met. Having said that, the products that arrived (Noah sofa) and were functional were awesome.

The table I ordered is beautiful and sturdy. It wipes down well and no scratches even after my three year old son bangs toys, utensils, etc. on it. However, it took me three tries to finally get a table without any chip/scratches/marks. Customer service was great about it but it took way longer than it should have.

Great customer service - I accidentally ordered a queen bed frame and it was very simple to switch it over to a king with no hassle - love the style of this website excited to fill my new house

Ordering was pretty straightforward. Unless you are ordering something small the annual membership cost is worth the savings. I ordered something that was in stock so I wasn’t waiting too long for them to ship it out. Prices are fairly reasonable for the quality of the products. I wish they offered more options for delivery in Canada such as white glove or room of choice. Outside packaging was a bit damaged upon arrival but it was well packed so there wasn’t any visible damage to the item inside.

It was easy to order and I’m super excited to receive my new sofa. I orders the vintage velvet solstice…I can’t wait to get cozy in it.

I just placed my order for a dining table and chairs. I had a few questions before placing the order and chatted online several times with several very helpful customer service reps! Very quick to respond and now I can’t wait for my order to come in!

Great shopping experience so far. The concierge I contacted answered all my questions and even assisted me with the initial purchases. All the merchandise is packed meticulously, choosing the white glove option will have them clean up all the packing material, and there is a lot of it. I hope you all have a similar experience.
