I’ve been looking at Rove Concepts for some time after seeing a colleague’s beautiful couches. I loved being able to easily see what chairs were in stock and which were backordered. The various product photos helped me more easily make a decision to buy online vs. needing to see the product in person. Joining the membership was a no brainer.

great prices for quality pieces
Rove Concepts has ample stock of high-in-demand mid-century modern pieces that are either out of stock or much more expensive on other websites. The website is easy to navigate and the membership is so affordable that you will likely make your money back on your first purchase. I haven't received my pieces yet, but the previous reviews indicate that the quality is second-to-none. I will be looking here in the future for other pieces to make my place special.

Couple of false starts
I tried to order the asher bed and nightstands on my phone but had difficulty becoming a member. After 3 attempts, I switched to my computer and had no further problems. My phone is an android and my laptop is a Mac, I don't know if that had any bearing on it but we thought the furniture was lovely enough to persevere. We'll let you know when it arrives.
I ordered three of the Elbow Counter…
I ordered three of the Elbow Counter stools. They are comfortable and look great (except one arrived scratched because they don't put enough protective material in the boxes they ship). However, the measurements provided for the seat height are SO OFF. The seat is actually about 3.5" higher than stated which is a big issue when you need to order a very specific height for a very specific counter height. Rove Concepts is only offering me a store credit (which of course expires after one year and does not include the shipping or taxes I paid). Since their website says "dimensions are approximate" they think this is an acceptable way to fix the situation. When I read approximate, I think may be a few millimeters off, maybe half an inch MAX. Nope, not them. So beware when you shop here. You're better off shopping at West Elm who would provide much better solutions to fix their mistake. Because of this, I would not recommend shopping here.
I love my new chairs
I love my new chairs. Unfortunately, two of them arrived with breakage. Rove replaced the chairs within ten days. The Aubrey chairs are comfortable, smart, and stylish. They look like real leather are are simple to wipe clean. * * * * * ! ! ! ! !
