I couldn’t have had a better experience ordering my egg chair—quick response by phone and email. Thank you Rove Concepts. I am about to place an order for a dining room table now

Found the furniture pieces I wanted at a reasonable price, so overall I'm happy. Some areas for improvement I noticed were that the link to track my delivery never worked, so it felt kind of like a mystery until I got a text from a local carrier saying they'd deliver the next day. They were super nice and did a great job delivering, but yeah - an improvement to the tracking & scheduling would have been a nice touch, esp for the $300 delivery fee. The other thing I'll say is that joining the Rove Concepts membership to get promotional pricing was a bit confusing. I still am not sure I fully understand the benefits, but it seemed like I had to join in order to use the Memorial Day Weekend sale, which now just seems like the standard 20% off the next purchase that all members get, which I dunno if I'll really use. But overall - the price was still worth it and the furniture pieces are great. The womb chair is HEAVY and comfortable (and almost didn't fit through some doorways, but all is well!) And the dining chairs match perfectly with the table I got elsewhere and look great.

The overall shopping & delivery experience was okay. The only thing is that your website is a little slow when navigating from page to page, which can be frustrating at times (I’m browsing on fiber wifi which averages around 940mbps so connection speed is not the issue here).

I had to ask a few questions at different times, before and after my couch purchase. In both cases the on line concierge help was fantastic. Both courteous and quick.

My experience was good, but your customer pick up address needs to be updated on your website. It is misleading for customers that think your warehouse is close to them, only to find out that you have moved to a different location and now have to have the item shipped because the address was not updated on your website.

I placed an order in the morning and realized right away that I had ordered the wrong product. Customer service was not available until 8:30 PT so I sent an email and called right when they opened. Help was so professional and got everything straightened out!

I bought everything though the website this time, didn’t talk to the agent through chat. But they were always helpful when I have questions. The only thing that cause me not giving the 5 stars, is the shipping time. The receiving at warehouse then ship out takes a long time.

The furniture quality is great, and we are very pleased with the products and the service from Rove. Not giving 5 stars because we did have significant issues with shipping, but that was more on the carrier side that rove side and rove was as accommodating as they could be in helping us get through them, and also coordinating redelivery when we originally got the table top damaged. Overall we’re very happy with our purchase and the furniture looks amazing — we just wish there hadn’t been so many shipping issues and delays.

I learned of Rove on Pinterest and read many reviews before choosing. The site, while a bit slow, was very clear and helpful during the order process including membership. I am looking forward to receiving my piece and hopeful of a positive delivery experience.

Shoping online was great, it was easy and affordable. Will buy again in the future.
