Beautiful stuff, made it easy to sign up for membership, but wish there was more certainty to when the delivery could be scheduled. Also seems rather expensive for white glove service, but seems necessary. Also the website wasn’t super mobile friendly. Due to all of that 4 not 5 stars.

Wonderful experience, I bought many pieces. Shipping takes a few months or longer. Overall impressed with the quality.

Amazing people with amazing furniture

I have been viewing your website for several months as I will be shopping for new family and living room furniture over the upcoming year. I am impressed by what appears to be good quality furniture at reasonable prices. I, however, will not buy furniture until I have actually been able to see it in person and try it out. I was so excited to see that you have a showroom in LA, so I will be visiting there in the upcoming months. I like the contemporary style and multiple options for fabric and sectional seating. I have ordered 2 counter stools which will match the walnut cabinets in my kitchen remodel and am excited to se how well they fit. Hopefully they are comfortable!

We were missing a voucher from a prior purchase. With speed and the right level of customer service, the rep responded successfully.

Excellent customer service. One of the products were damaged and concierge handled it very well and send replacements timely. That interaction was the turning point to give us confidence (especially since this is online and we didn't know how the exceptions will be handled) - since then we went on and purchased a few other products. By the way 10/10 on style and quality!

I contacted Concierge with a couple of questions and even though they didnt have all the information at hand, all my questions were resolved in a matter of minutes. I still have not received the merchandise, but I have already received follow up emails. The website is very user friendly and has almost all information there.

I contacted Rove via email and requested a call to discuss shipping, pricing, and warranties for sectional sofas. I received a call promptly (within in a few hours) and had a nice conversation with a representative (whose name escapes me). She explained the logistics, pricing, and warranty clearly and answered all of my questions patiently. Ordering online was a breeze and I received an immediate confirmation.

Like everything except long waiting time and shipping fee.

When I went to the showroom earlier this year, the representative was very cold and not very helpful. I do appreciate the free color samples, it was very helpful when selecting our chairs.
