I called in after business hours on a Monday since my regular working hours were getting hectic recently. I was able to chat with Justin through Rove's website where he offered to shoot me a call without hesitation. I was able to talk to Justin over the phone and absolutely felt like I had the Company's attention. Customer service is not complex, it is simply putting customer at the forefront and giving full undivided attention which Justin executed precisely. Justin took care of my order as I asked him to.
It will be in a couple of months from now when I get to see the actual products, but until then, I have full trust in Rove's customer service and quality.

I just placed the order and have not received my chairs yet, but I did like that I can see the image of the chair with the material color and leg finish I chose. It also shows that the combination I chose is in stock, so that's a plus, many vendors are very behind these days in manufacturing/distributing. I'm hoping I do indeed receive them in a reasonable amount of time.
4 stars because shipping was a bit pricey. Shipping, taxes, and warranty brought my order from approx $1000 to approx $1500

Beautiful wishbone chairs - very impressed with the construction and comfort. Needed to find a good dining set for condo living. These chairs are a perfect match with the 40" tulip table for a cozy space. Quick delivery. Highly recommend!
