I am providing 4 stars because I had a lot of problems with the desk and am still awaiting its arrival after it was initially defective. I am giving 4 over 3 or less stars, however, because I was relatively pleased with customer service, despite the hold time.

Would like Rove's customer service to be more assessable, it took forever to get a hold of someone when I had questions when I wanted to purchase. Outside of that, they were great when I got them on the phone.

The chairs are beautiful and arrived on time. shipping personnel didn't want to carry the packages further than the curb and were extremely disrespectful, but rove Concepts handled it seamlessly and refunded local shipping costs!
There was one more issue about the protective pieces on the leg coming off. but a new set was readily sent!
Love the furniture, service needs work
Love the furniture, it’s stunning! But there was an issue with delivery communication and we were not notified of delivery until 5 min before it’s arrival. Considering cost of shipping.. this was a bummer! This created quite an issue for us (I’d also communicated with customer service beforehand to try to track the furniture as i had heard nothing) and when I raised the issue with customer service after delivery, they chalked it up to shipping delays. For big orders it’s imperative that you have a ballpark on delivery day. We weren’t home when it was delivered!

Rove Concepts is a great company. Their furniture is super stylish, high quality, and reasonably priced too. I've purchased from them several times now and have been extremely pleased.

Website was easy to use. Also a good looking website. Ordering process was smooth and intuitive. It was a little slow as it took a little long to get to the next screen after each click of the mouse
I wish...
The products look great! But I wish the shipping info and customer support response time could be improved. In FAQ, it says white glove shipping is available. But when I was checking out, this was not available to select as an option and it is a factor that would determine whether or not I should by the product. So I reached out to customer service, but only got a response that I would hear back within 48 business hours. Based on the website, I do believe their regular business hours is 7 hours a day. So that's nearly 7 days!!
Great Selection of Beautiful Furniture
Website is easy to navigate around in. Ordering process went smoothly. The website does not inform that you will get your percentage back voucher 30 days after the arrival of your order. I was planning to place another order once I receive my voucher but my first order is on backorder so I guess I won't be able to place another order for awhile.

The website is easy to browse. At first I wasn’t sure how does the membership works but then was able to find from website easily and can be added through payment at the end. Instant msg was helpful and with their help I was able to confirm some colour of their furnitures displayed in picture and order some swatches for a closer look.
