Love the product, customer service via phone was very helpful, love that the email address you send from can be replied to, the videos are helpful to get an idea of the size of the products. I had some issues scrolling down on the page to view dimensions at times. It would allow me to scroll for the left side of the page, but not the right. Also, the search filters aren't accurate. I found certain products by a google search, that I wasn't finding when I searched the same term on your site. So I'd have to go to shop and then the section to bring up all the products. It would also be nice if there was a way to filter by material or color. For example, I'd like to know all sofas in velvet or boucle. Viewing the colors/materials is also a bit challenging. Maybe sort them by material type. And sometimes when you click on the material/color it doesn't change the image in the photos.

I had to replace my Eveyln Coffee Table three times to get the non-damaged working piece. They were quick to send out replacements but I wish I didn't have to go through all this hassle to finally use my coffee table.

Recently bought Wishbone chairs and they are great. The only problem we encountered was pick up scheduling. We were sent an email to book pick up but the chairs where not in stock. In the end it took an additional 5 weeks before the chairs were available for pick up.

Ordering experience
Ordered an Ophelia bed for will call. Later on, saw some dining chairs I wanted. Since there were so many items, I wanted to combine both orders for delivery to me.
Rove was flexible enough to make this happen. I also wanted to order the dining chairs during a 24-hour flash sale event, but due to other circumstances, wasn't able to do so until after the sale was over. They still credited me the flash sale terms.
Grateful for a company that will work with customers and od what's right!

Love the designs!
I just ordered, but it was a very easy process. The options are ample, and the designs are gorgeous. I recommended a friend to check out your website when she was buying a house, and she ended up buying before I did because my place is still under construction. She raved about the quality, and to me, this is the most important. I intend to use the stuff I buy for a long time. And I hope I will do this with RoveConcepts products.
One thing I am sad about is that, although they are constantly coming up with marvellous designs, a couple of furniture I was looking to purchase have been discontinued.
