The compact sofas
The compact sofas, poufs and tables are what I was expecting (quality), but one of the left arm section of the compact sofa has a little dirt on the seat cushions. I have photos from delivery and will reach out to Mr. Cunningham.

I bought a nico sofa and Winston dining table from rove concept. The material of sofa is good, the table looks exactly in the picture and what we wanted. It is heavy and sturdy. The only thing that I put 4 stars is the shipping time is so long. We have been waiting for our new home furniture 5 months so a bit upset.
Loved the furniture but delivery could have been better
Loved the table that I purchased! It's perfect. I gave 4 vs. 5 stars due to the tedious delivery and fulfillment process. The 3rd party delivery / warehouse was not responsive at all when I tried to cancel the order initially, and the Rove Concepts customer service team couldn't get a hold of the warehouse team. Though clearly overstaffed during the height of COVID, Alfred from the Rove Concepts customer service team was spectacular and was super responsive to all my annoying emails and even gave me his direct number to touch base. I ended up keeping the table and yes, it was worth the 3 month wait!

Not the best digital experience
The experience was pretty good by the lice chat was not operational
Until after I placed my order. I could have used some help - the clock from the cart to check out was not working until I went to “contact us” page, didn’t find live chat, tried to call and was told the the phone lines are closed,then clicked from there to the checkout and it eventually worked.

I have just finished a long renovation of my kitchen. For many months I have been looking for elegant, unique and comfortable chairs to complement the new look. After browsing through endless models from different companies, I came across Rove Concepts and I was very much impressed with the choice and quality of their products.
