Ordered the Arya sectional as well as the chaise. Rove’s website concierge was very helpful in answering all of my questions and concerns. They are always available for assistance. I hope to receive my order soon! I will be looking to purchase some of their dining tables and chairs as well.

Norman Counter Height Stool
While shopping for modern counter height stools, I found Rove Concepts’ Norman Counter Height Stools. I had questions about the weight capacity of the stool which were promptly answered by Rove Concept Concierge. I purchased the incorrect quantity of stools and emailed the same Concierge who corrected my mistake. I made one call to customer service to pay for the extra stool and confirmed my order and warranty were corrected. I requested swatches for another potential purchase and am excited about my purchase and can’t wait to incorporate the stools in the redecorating design idea for my kitchen.
Quick responses, fast shipping
Customer service was extremely fast and responsive to my questions about swatch samples. Unfortunately, they don’t offer samples in certain fabric + color combinations, but I appreciated that the rest of my swatches arrived very quickly! Checkout was seamless and I liked how everything was itemized including the membership and voucher.
Super counter chairs!
Super counter chairs, very comfy and easy to care for. I am 5'9" and they fit me perfectly while still being a smaller scale for condos and smaller kitchens. One came slightly damaged but Rove provided another one with not too much delay.
Mikkel Bed
This review is related about their website and the product (why leave a review when you are still waiting for the product??)First, their website has a lot of glitches. Customer service is good though. Second, the Mikkel bed arrived 2 months after ordered which is fine but it arrived in 2 separate shipments, of which 1 box was totally destroyed, at least bed was in good conditions. Third, Im very disappointed at the upholstered headboard which is not as pictured.It's smaller, fluffier and doesn't sit as high at the picture. Fourth, Alesund color is not even close to the picture either.
Overall bed is pretty but too bad headboard is not as pretty as they show in the website.

So far, so good! Note that I have not received my order yet, but the website ordering process, including customer chat, were extremely easy and responsive. Product detail pages are clear, expectation setting regarding delivery service exclusions and timing is clear, and staff very professional. I will update this once I receive my tulip table in mid-October :)
