The product is great, no issues with it at all. The delivery / pick up is disorganized, they shipped a partial order then forgot about 1 chair. I called their B2B line and no one answers, tried 5 or 6 times over 3 days. Frustrating that no one answers the phone. Email they are more responsive, but sometimes you need to talk to a human.

My Luca sofa and chairs finally arrived and I'm generally pleased with the design and build quality -- especially for the price. These were part of my second of three fairly large furniture orders that I have placed with RC in the last 12 months. Unfortunately, the way the Luca Sofa was packed caused the light colored fabric to be completely stained with black soot. The boxes containing the legs were filthy and placed directly on the sofa during transport. I will have to try now to have the sofa professionally cleaned at my expense, and RC is in the process of considering how best to compensate me for the damage. I am hopeful that all will be resolved satisfactorily as I really like the furniture and RC's direct-to-consumer concept.

Placed an order for Angelo dining chairs and had a pleasant experience while doing so. Waiting to get good quality chairs and hoping the delivery goes smooth, have not heard good things about the delivery partners.

This was the first time in your site and there was a little bit of a learning curve which is not unusual the first time. I found it very helpful and I use the chat. I like that you provided details on the type wood and construction of the chairs I purchased. I want to know all that before I purchase online. So many companies don’t do this. Chat was helpful also. I am excited about my chairs but hated paying that shipping fee, but I understand they are coming from Canada.

Website was quite slow to load. Dimensions for all of the Milo products were not easy to find. Photography on website is very appealing.

Exceptional customer service and nice presentation on the website. I was able to register membership without any trouble in the website and purchased the items I always wanted. It's nice to see how long it will take and and provide accurate estimate for delivery.

I was having issues adding product on my B2B Rove site. I had a Concierge quotation sent out a few days prior, but upon reviewing everything prior to ordering, realized that there were errors on the pricing that did not match my B2B pricing. Kiko was amazing and patient. He had never encountered this issue before and was able to work things out properly. He also took the time to review the pricing numerous times as the numbers kept changing. we even had issues with the shipping pricing and he was able to review and fix those as well. The glitch continued with me not being able to process the order from the Concierge quote. Kiko followed thru again and was able to take my payment and get my order rolling. he was extremely helpful and also reported all of the issues to his supervisor regarding all of the issues and the B2B site, so that hopefully, nobody else has a similar issue.

The online buying process was an amazing experience from using the VR tools to visualize the furniture in my room to the customer service who answered all my questions..... Excellent !!

I reached out regarding adding an item to an already existing order. The person I talked to was very helpful and able to help find a solution for me. The item has not been added to my order yet but hopefully it'll get added today or tomorrow.

Website was easy to use. Have not yet received product, so can’t comment about quality, etc.
