Site ordering is straight forward, shipping cost and ship time not

Site ordering is straight forward. I was ordering for a client and chose an available fabric choice due to production and shipping timeline concerns I’d read in other reviews. I do wish information on shipping cost was listed prior to checkout (it’s a set price, this should be listed) Hoping the item arrives in a timely matter, yet to get an estimated delivery date.

Ordering

At first, I had trouble navigating your website as I was trying to place my order. It was not clear you needed to create an account first and also not clear where you could “become a member”. I had also tried your “chat” feature about 10 days before and it was not working. It does seem like you have fixed the problems now as I was able to place the order and your chat feature is now working. Just another note, the $500 delivery fee is a high for delivery of one item. It was a smooth process from ordering…

It was a smooth process from ordering to self pickup. We ordered three counter stools. The packaging was bigger than expected. We had to unpack two of them to fit them into our SUV.

Rove has spectacular customer…

Rove has spectacular customer experience - the real time chat feature has been available to me for questions, applying vouchers, how to clean my new items, etc. Truly a differentiator relative to others where you may have to wait on hold for 20 mins via the phone!

Beautiful modern website and furniture

The website is very beautiful and easy to navigate. I appreciate the beautiful photos and the added photos of viewing the furniture item in your own room and in other peoples real life photos. The checkout process was a bit frustrating as it didn't add member pricing to my cart the first time, and then it didn't acknowledge my shipping address when entered. After refreshing a few times I was able to get it to work and checkout properly.

Few kinks in an otherwise meritorious process

Website is easy to navigate and does a good job of explaining the item in detail. The ability to see uploads from other buyers helps to envision it in your home. Check out process was a little clunky; as far as I can tell, the quantity on an item inadvertently doubled, and there was no way that I could find to edit the cart once starting the check out process. It would have been worse if I did not notice the increase in quantity. The only way I was able to find to edit the cart was to back out, at which point my enrollment and protection plan was automatically removed from the cart, which I also hardly caught. Again, had I not noticed, I would have paid more for each item - I would not have gotten the membership discount - and I would have been out of luck if my furniture got damaged. I did have some trouble with customer service through the live chat system to sort out the kinks from my order, but was eventually taken care of by a very helpful representative. I would easily purchase from this website again, assuming the quality of furniture meets expectations - I have not received any furniture by the time of this review - but definitely feel more confident now that I have experience with the process, which I do no think prior experience should be necessary for a seamless shopping experience.

Well designed website

The website is well designed and I really appreciate the HD videos of each piece. I do wish there was a way to update the order once placed because I accidentally ordered only one counter stool when I intended to order 3. Had to place a whole new order, which means two different pick up dates... yada yada yada. Not a huge deal, but it would have been nice to be able to correct the one order.

Rove Concepts has some excellent …

Rove Concepts has some excellent furniture which we are excited to receive. Ordering online was quick & easy and with plenty of information and photos to help with selection. The only ‘issue’ I had was with regards to expected shipping/delivery - this was not very clear. When it says the item is ‘available’ I don’t normally expect a shipment date of 8-10 weeks later. If it is available, it should be shipped immediately.

Rove has a well presented website which is easy to navigate and user friendly. Very competitive prices and quite impressed also with the range of fabrics. The ordering process was efficient and straight forward. This is my first purchase and so far impressed. Looking forward to delivery!!

The first Rove concepts purchase experience

The furnitures you sell online are stylish and contemporary, even though you don't have any showrooms in Texas for me to shop in person yet. The desk I ordered won't be shipped to me until after middle of December, probably due to supply chain issue during covid-19. I hope it will arrive my home intact, though the desk is pretty heavy. Contact thru live chat are always disconnected or busy.

Overall it was a great online experience. Because the most difficult decision was which fabric to final choose, I wish there were more close-close-ups of the product fabric texture and stitching, etc. Also, information on fabric durability with pets, stains, etc.
