Very easy navigation of site, and lots of choices. Good website explanations and thorough info provided on the items for purchase.
I was also pleasantly surprised to find that the discount coupon was also applicable to the item I was ordering, as that specific colour had to be preordered

Thrilled with my purchase
The black leather bench we ordered from Rove Concepts arrived in Ottawa as scheduled yesterday afternoon. It is perfect! I want to thank everyone who helped me to make this purchase. The website was easy to navigate. Customer Service made sure the delivery did not take place while I was out of the country on vacation. The company that hauled the bench across Canada gave me a great choice of delivery times and left me a contact phone number. I could not be more pleased with Rove Concepts.

I was hesitant to order from a company across the country from me but the customer service prior to my purchase was great. One woman working there Michele consistently answered my questions thoroughly and sometimes even with pictures attached to email. Very happy with their service.

Masters Chairs
We picked up at the warehouse to avoid dealing with delivery issues. Everything about ordering was quick and simple. Warehouse staff were generally friendly and helpful.
The Masters chairs are decent. Nothing fancy but sturdy and a step up from Ikea. There are "seams" sticking out where the sides of the plastic mold met; would've been nice if these had been smoothed down somehow. I would note that the seating on these chairs is slim so if you're of a more voluptuous size, these might not be that comfortable for you. Overall content with the purchase!

The furniture wasn't quite as beautiful …
The furniture wasn't quite as beautiful as pictured on the website, but still fairly good quality. My other qualm was the way they packaged the leaf of the table-- while opening I scratched the wood because there was nothing in between the wood and the taped cardboard box, disappointing to say the least.

Great customer service. I had a quick inquiry about a discount that had been offered and expired while I was deciding on a color. Charlotte Storage Bed
Very easy to view online details, measurements and to place order. It is also nice to have a financing option.
Order came promptly and was delivered by one guy in 4 heavy extremely padded boxes. No damage!
Bed took about 4.5 hours to assemble. Loved how the fasteners were labeled in alphabetic order.
It is really heavy and well made, we love it!
**One suggestion for the storage drawer and side rails: A taller wheel/feet option for use on carpet as they sink in and the drawer drags a little on the floor.

Waiting to get our products
Waiting to get our products, but online products seem to have great quality and detailed craftsmanship.
Requested flexibility on shipping and associated costs, which I wasnt able to receive. Made a large order where some items were available sooner than others. Requested shipping of the first batch at a discount (shipping rate <$1000) which was not given to me, so now I'm stuck between paying close to $500 for shipping(!) or having to wait until March (order made in January) to receive the products.
Was hoping to get more flexibility on Rove Concept's end, after all the timing for availability of some products vs others should not be a burden for the customer.

Good Support on Initial Sale
Good Support on Initial Sale. Unhelpful During Delivery Process So Far
First off - I never write reviews for anything but feel compelled to do so here.
This is my first experience with Rove and I was impressed with the customer service on the front end of my Milo Sectional purchase.
However, when I called to clarify issues related to the status of my shipment I was very put off. I had received an email notification that my shipment was being inspected in WA (north of Seattle where I live) only to learn there is actually no longer a facility there. Further, when I called the logistics agency, they told me they had attempted delivery but the merchandise was not provided. I called Rove customer support to try and better understand the situation but was instead lectured at length about how the shipping partner had given me bad information and lots of insights into how each "system" works at Rove vs. the shipping partner. Little appreciation for the confusion the situation had created - not a small matter as I try to plan upcoming travel while trying to manage delivery of this huge sofa. I had multiple calls with both Rove and the shipping partner. Only the shipping partner went out of their way to call their team in the field to better understand the status and resolve the confusion. The Rove agent(s) were continuously unhelpful and arrogant.
Important for Rove to appreciate that some potential "system" issue at the shipping partner that creates confusion is not a problem for the shipping partner but rather part of the full Rove customer experience.
I am in the process of furnishing a new condo and looking forward to receiving the Milo sofa - however, my recent customer service experience will certainly color my decision to buy additional items from Rove.
