I just bought a sofa. To help with the decision process, I enjoyed the fact that: - I was able to receive free swatches from Rove on the next day, - see large pictures on the web site from multiple angles, - and look at an accurate sketch showing the shape and the dimensions of the sofa I picked. All this was very helpful, and looked very professional and customer's satisfaction oriented. Alex

Easy peasy shopping experience.

Our dining room table, chairs and bench arrived quickly and undamaged. We're most impressed by the quality of the wood used to create these interesting designs. Would definitely use Rove Concepts again.

I am currently only reviewing my experience with their user interface that I encountered during my shopping experience since I have not yet received the products I ordered (and they have not shipped yet). The shopping experience was very straightforward. They have an intuitive user interface, and the products were organized into easily recognizable categories. I enjoyed that Rove Concepts' selection is not too large because that would feel overwhelming. Moreover, I felt that they had offerings at a variety of price points, which make them accessible to a wide range of audiences.

I'm pleased with our sofa, but we had a subpar experience that I wouldn't expect from Rove. I ordered our sofa on 1/11, it shipped 1/16, and arrived 1/26. This timeline was perfectly suitable, however, we received the wrong color legs. I felt pretty disappointed that I spent nearly 3k on a sofa and quality control didn't catch that. Rove said they couldn't (wouldn't) expedite shipping on the legs. We finally received four out of eight of the legs today. Apparently, the other four are arriving tomorrow and I'm not sure why. Two weeks turned into three weeks and no one has reached out to apologize or recognize the mistake. I understand things happen, but acknowledgement is really important, especially to gain return customers. My suggestions: -If you're not going to expedite orders to correct mistakes, gain a better quality control system. -Follow up with orders that have reported mistakes. It only makes your company look better. I would consider order smaller things from Rove in the future, but likely won't return for furniture.

Had a question on live chat and they got back to me in seconds! If you live in CA or BC you can pick up at the warehouse and avoid shipping costs. Products on the site are well-designed and presented in a simple yet beautiful manner. Website was easy to navigate. Only thing that would have made it better for me would be a PayPal payment option. Overall very impressed.
