The quality of the wood veneer and solid fabrication is fantastic. Assembly instructions could have been clearer, but ok. I am really happy with the bookcase. My only issue is with the environmentally unfriendly packing foam that should no longer be used.

We just got a new place with nothing but a floorplan and their team was patient and attentive in helping us make the best selections based on the look and feel we wanted.. They were quick and responsive to our requests, and worked closely with their US and Canada logistics team to make sure we would get everything in one delivery on time. Great Brand Experience
I just placed my order, so I do not have any feedback yet on the product itself. But I can say that the online experience was excellent, and the price was competitive for the item. I found a similar version of the chair I ordered on a couple other websites and was able to get it at Rove for the best price. Compared to the other websites, Rove also offered the best images of the item, and best overall brand experience.
Beautiful product but extremely hard to put together
The Elias bookshelf is beautiful but it was a nightmare to put together. None of the parts were labeled and they all look similar enough that it made putting it together with the limited directions provided, very difficult. Simply numbering or lettering all of the components on the actual components would've made it an easy process.
