Rove Concept's product was true to description and quality and we are pleased with our purchase. However, the delivery scheduling process was very annoying, disconnected, and at times frustrating. Rove Concepts uses a different company to process delivery of the items, and that company seemed flaky, and disinterested in every phone call my husband and I had with them. Whenever you tried to adjust the terms of the delivery (date, time, or contact information) they'd either say you first have to call Rove, which would then patch us back to the delivery company, or the company would say they had noted the changes...only to find out the next time we called it was like we had never contacted them before. In the end, while the product quality was good, the process was just too annoying and I'd rather buy something on Amazon I am guaranteed to get in 3 days with no hassle.

I purchased two ghost arm chairs, 3 poul poufs, freja rug 5x7, nisse rug 6x9, womb chair & ottoman, and greta belly basket. Each items all have great styles but with deficiencies here and there. One of the Ghost chair had bubbling in the plastic which the company quickly replaced it. The rugs have a lot of pulls/snags which I find extremely unappealing and tedious to vacuum. The womb chair set fabric is slightly abrasive against bare skin. The belly basket paint is peeling every time it is moved and leaves flakes to be cleaned after. And two of the poufs couldn't hold the beans for two months and popped at seam pouring out all over the floor. The poufs are not covered in their warranty. Just want to say, they are not as high quality as the designer brands hence they are budget friendly, but then again, you can get sturdier mediocre design furnitures from IKEA at cheaper price. I gotta admit the service was friendly and prompt. So there's the three star. My suggestion, if you want to get designer furniture, invest on the real deal. I regret spending $2500 for all these instead of spending $5000 on the original Womb chair. But I speak for myself.

We love our new Womb chair and ottoman. Rove knows how to make beautiful pieces without missing quality. Right on! I can’t imagine paying five times the price for what is virtually the same piece. We’re putting it in the new nursery we’re decorating for the grand baby we’re expecting in December. We want the kids it be so comfortable that they visit often!
