womb chair and ottoman are amazing
I bought a womb chair and ottoman from Rove Concepts and received it quickly, delivery tracking was perfect. The chair is of a great quality and comfort, the fabric (Premium Cashmere Wool, Smoky Quartz) is beautiful.
The comfort and look of the chair is totally on-par with the original from Florence Knoll.
I would even say that this product goes beyond my expectations.

Rove Concepts has an extremely easy to use website. It's modern, clean, and was easy to navigate. I appreciate there is a review section on items too. I ended up buying a dining table and they shipped it within a few hours of my purchase. I'm excited to shop with them more!

I requested fabric swatches for my order and they arrived express mail in time for me to take advantage of the sites sale for my order. I am excited and awaiting the receipt of my Warren Chair, I have high hopes for quality and delivery, but will update review after delivery.

I ordered 6 chairs and received a discount only on the first 5. They told me it was some kind of policy. There was o budging them. So I sent an email to a manager, and received a prompt credit. I have never heard of punishing a customer for ordering more?! Strange policy. Glad they were willing to refund. I like my chairs. They are great.

Ordered a few things from Rove in two shipments. I don't think you can beat the price of the DSW chairs though the shipping is a bit expensive. I love my womb chair, but am finding the material pilling a bit after only a little use. A friend of mine ordered the more basic wool and it seems to be standing up much better.

I was given two gift cards
I was given two gift cards with a value of $500 each. I wanted to use them to purchase a TV Stand, but wasn't sure if I could combine the two cards on a single purchase. I asked that question to a Customer Service rep over live chat and was told that I could combine gift cards. I wasn't able to find a way to do that online, so placed a call to the Sales Department. I was then told that I couldn't combine gift cards. Not the end of the world, but a little bit time consuming and frustrating. I don't really understand why the cards can't both be used on a single order, seems pretty silly - they should be as good as cash since it was cash that was paid for them...

My first time ordering online. I had questions so called their contact phone number my call was answered immediately. The person assisting me was very helpful. She placed my order over the phone and went over the delivery options etc. This company was recommended by my daughter so I am looking forward to receiving my dining table.
