This is the third time I have purchased from Rove, and all three experiences were great. I watch the sales, and buy at busy times, and the advisors on the phone and chat line are great. Helpful and unflappable. This time I had questions about delivery dates and they offered constructive suggestions about how to love the issue. I haven’t received my order yet, but the previous two times the pieces arrived in perfect condition (nothing to assemble!) and have proved to be sturdy and well made. I am a fan.

Everything has been handled with the utmost professionalism. The selection was excellent, the site was super easy to use, and my follow up questions were answered right away. I would highly recommend Rove Concepts.

Overall, rather impressed. My only complaint is that the quality to price ratio is merely adequate, not stellar, whereas the designs themselves are exceptional.

We used Rove to buy few items for our dining and living room and we were very happy with the customer service, timeliness and quality of the product. The coffee table came broken but the "white glove service" guys noticed that and ordered a replacement one right away. The new one came couple week later and we even got a further discount for our inconvenience.

Had a few minor challenges with the navigation of your website, but nothing insurmountable. Might be worth considering reviewing usability overall. I also didn't love your policy on not shipping and order until all items within the order were available in your warehouse (not pre-order). Having to split my order into two separate orders cost me more money.
