I love all the furniture collections they have on the website, especially those big piece. It’s one of a kind, you wouldn’t be able to find them on any other website.

The website is very easy to use, the products look gorgeous, they delivered swatches to me in just a couple/few days. The website has helpful online reviews. After I ordered online I called to confirm my order, and the salesperson was very helpful and nice.

I processed my order over the phone with a Sales Agent for which received excellent customer service. I decided to call instead of placing my order online as I needed more clarifications on some items and the agent was able to answer my questions and even followed up with me by email after the order was made.

Rove was easy to order from and had a great variety to choose from when selecting product for my clients.

Love the quality of the furniture and the modern style/look. Easy to order and good customer service. Only complaint is that the voucher I had from a previous order could not be applied to the shipping charges on my new order.

Hello Rove Concepts, We hope this email finds you well. The purpose of this email is to obtain your feedback on the experiences we have had as customers of Rove Concepts products. Our first experience with Rove Concepts was back in 2015, where we purchased the Saarinen Tulip Table, (Order #40227) and we were happy with the craftsmanship and quality of the online order to our home in Toronto, Ontario. We decided again to purchase through Rove Concepts again at the end of 2017 (Order #107694), this time to obtain the 1955 Sideboard. Upon receipt of the item in late December, we noticed (what we thought were) superficial quality issues, and submitted our first claim (Claim #4891). The quality issues included dents on the doors / metal tracks, rough finishes on handles, and blemishes on the sideboard. We applied for and received a blemish discount. During the course of our first year of ownership, we had issues opening / closing the sideboard doors, and thought that this was a temporary issue and due to the new construction of the sideboard. However, we started noticing that one of the sideboard doors had a dent / blemish that was increasing in size. We submitted a second claim (Claim #7970) to investigate, and after many weeks of back and forth, which included us having to take apart the sideboard(using instructions provided by Rove Concepts), it was confirmed that this was a manufacturing issue. The response received from Rove Concepts was that because the sideboard was outside of the 1 year warranty period (the period was a couple weeks outside of the 1 year order mark, but within 1 year if considering the date in which the sideboard was delivered), no action would be taken. We were unhappy with the lack of action, and wanted to escalate the issue to you for further feedback due to the following reasons: 1) The sideboard clearly had a manufacturing issue from the start that resulted in it not working as expected 2) There were multiple quality issues found with the sideboard brought up through 2 claims 3) The claims were made within a reasonable time period with ample documentation An article that we found relevant was an interview where Customer Satisfaction was referenced as a priority, and we'd like to see how this issue can be addressed in a more satisfactory way. The website at Rove Concepts is easy to navigate. The product photos are true to form and the product information is helpful and honest. Customer service was outstanding and they go out of their way to make the customer feel at ease with every step of the purchase and delivery process. I was pleased with the quality of the product. I am already planning future purchases with this company.

We have bought a Milo Sofa in Black Vintage Velvel. It looks really luxurious, very comfortable and the assembly quality is beyond all praises. It gave our living room new look and feel, and it's sheer pleasure to lounge on it. Yet I gave it 4 out of 5 stars for one reason. The down they used for all pillows and sitting area keeps coming through the fabric creating a mess and making it uncomfortable for your skin as it's prickly. I have contacted the customer service (which was great and fast) and they suggested to put an extra layer of fabric inside. I did my research and found "down proof ticking", the fabric used for pillows. After going to the nearby store, buying the fabric, measuring the entire sofa, cutting the fabric, unzipping the sofa's upholstery and putting that ticking inside making sure it was even in order to avoid wrinkles when the upholstery is back, cleaning the mess I created during the process of the sofa's upgrade - I AM FINALLY HAPPY. It cost me $71CAD, 2 hours of my evening ..and a bottle of beer. I think Rove Concept should start using that down-proof ticking to build all the pillows inside their sofas. It will make a lot of customers ever happier because the product is fantastic from any angle such as quality, design, price and customer support. Other than this little hiccup we are happy people now!!! Thank you Rove Concept.

ROVE is great!! Their customer service is excellent and their response time is easy to work with. They're informative of their products and quick with their shipments. I have no complaints!!

I have not yet received my item but the ordering experience was easy and simple

This is my second purchase from Rove Concepts. I bought the walnut tulip table several years ago and i still love it. I just purchased the wishbone counter stools for my new home. If the quality is anything like my initially purchase, I will have those stools for a very long time. I love the simplicity, craftsmanship, and design of their product.
