We love our new couch! We were seeking a structured, simple-lined sectional in a fabric that wouldn't be immediately ruined by our baby or dog! After months of research, we opted for the Porter Sectional in Vintage Velvet Glacier Gray. The color is STUNNING and has an incredible shimmer to it. I would absolutely recommend ordering fabric swatches before placing an order because each color has a unique quality to it that is hard to see in a photo. The seat is admittedly lower than we anticipated, but it looks great in the space and once we got used to the height, it's perfect! The couch itself is really comfortable, whether you choose to lay down, or sit up. The chaise is not physically connected to the couch, but the pieces are heavy enough that they stay put without sliding (we have porcelain floors). We are thrilled with our purchase!

The chat function is very helpful on the website. I was able to clarify some important information about a sectional that I was looking at via the chat. I haven't received the product yet so I am commenting on the website and the customer service thus far. The desktop/laptop version of the website seems to function better than the mobile/phone version.

Overall great experience and service. Only issue was the website did not show full order after confirmation/payment. The glitch was quickly communicated to the IT department to fix the issue!

We are new to Rove Concepts and just ordered 5 chairs. They have not arrived yet, but ordering, talking with customer service, and online chat services were all good. Prices also seem to be competitive. In coming weeks, as we want to order more things, we'll be able to give a better review.

Great quality, easy to assemble! Round tulip table took 4 people and only because the tabletop was heavy.

Excellent products, easy to find what I need. Only negative is a lot of items are unavailable for months and I have to continuously check back and do separate orders to get a set of dining chairs. (3 separate orders) won’t receive all the chairs for 2-3 months

Website was very easy to navigate. All product information I required was detailed on the product page. Online chat was responsive and informative. Would definitely purchase again. Would be great to have a showroom in Vancouver.

The quality of the furniture is really good and the style is modern. But we had to send furniture back twice because they were damaged. Hopefully 3rd time’s the charm. The claims department has been really helpful with the solution.

I bought the Marcus dining table and it was delivered in about a week. It arrived in a sturdy box and it took maybe 10 min. to assemble the legs. I've been using the table for two weeks now and can say that it's probably the best piece of furniture I've bought for our new house. It's stable, well-made and so easy to adjust. I live in Washington, D.C., so space is an issue (Rove, please think of us small-space city folks in the future! Would love to see more apt. size furniture). The middle leaf is beautiful but we typically leave it out. It's the only regret I have about this table. If you're on the fence about it, just get it, already.
