I really loved the shopping experience on Rove’s website. The furniture is stunning and the usability of the site is excellent. We ordered swatches and received them in 2 days, so everything in the experience was smooth. I did, however, have some trouble with the chat box and found assistants slow to respond at times. My only other criticism is the shipping costs which are definitely on the high side when shopping online and add significantly to the overall expense. I would definitely shop here more if shipping was more reasonable. Overall, it was another great shopping experience. Thanks!

I purchased a DSW molded in chair in white. It is perfect for completing my room in a minimalistic way and is comfortable so sit in. Highly recommend Rove Concepts to purchase furniture because they have good quality items at a good price.

Had a great experience ordering a set of 6 wishbone chairs. Customer service was helpful in getting detailed measurements of the armrests which were not online so that we could make sure they would fit neatly under our dining room table. Shipping with Alero is often a hassle, we've ordered from other companies that use them and they're seriously hit or miss. This time around they were okay but the windows they had for delivery were pretty limited with no option for weekends. The chairs themselves seem really solid straight out of the box. The lacquer is nice, but thin enough to show the grain of the chairs well. All in all they are great reproductions of a classic chair. Time will tell how well they hold up of course, but so far so good.

Your site is very easy to navigate, and I was able to apply the Summer credit easily. Can't give 5 as I haven't yet received an email confirming my purchase, however, I was warned that due to maintenance to the site (possibly, I forget the exact reason) it may take a few days. I am looking forward to receiving my bar stools.

The design and quality are all what I expected. The chair has a good weight so it gives me feeling it has good quality. It looks expensive too. The one leg of chair was chipped when it arrived. The customer service was very responsive and sent the new one right away. The only thing is the delivery took 10-12 days. The delivery fee was over $100 so I expected to arrive faster.

I ordered 3 Wishbone counter stools and LOVE them! Great quality and they look beautiful. I picked them up and it was really easy. Thank you Rove!
