The process of dealing with Rove…

The process of dealing with Rove Concepts to date has been very easy. They were responsive when I called to inquire about shipping dates. They may have been premature asking for feedback as the most important aspect of my interaction with them has yet to occur (thus 4 stars) as delivery of the couch has hasn’t happened, so I can’t comment on the quality of the material or the customer service experience of receiving the item. I’d suggest waiting until after the item is delivered for feedback.

Missing sides of the bed frame!

I disassembled my old frame and moved it out only to realize my Asher Bed was missing the side rails. This is very disappointing. I will call them next week to sort this out.

I do enjoy your products and thought it…

I do enjoy your products and thought it was nice that I received a discount on my purchase. I was a bit shocked as to the delivery shipping fee. While I understand it is quite expensive to ship, I thought it should be half the price. I ship all over the world incredibly valuable products and the insurance is not even close. Also I received appliances from the midwest and the shipping was free, so as to gain my business. I think 129 is a bit much for shipping 3 lightweight barstools. Overall however I hope I love them !

I was happy to find a very detailed PDF…

I was happy to find a very detailed PDF document on the webpage for the dining table I purchased that closely described the product. I feel like a lot of other vendors tend to provide little information about the actual product. I haven't received the dining table I have ordered yet but I'm excited to see it!

Rove Concepts showcases good quality products--now let's see if they can deliver a well-packaged, undamaged product.

Rove Concepts showcases good quality products. We needed a dining table that was reasonably priced and aesthetically pleasing. We chose a perfect table re: both requirements. So far, so good. I certainly hope the table will be extremely well-packed and that there will be no damage issues. We recently had that happen with IKEA twice--and it was NOT pretty.
