Excellent quality

Super fast availability and I loved being able to pick up my order. Guys at warehouse were really helpful. I love my new table and chairs. Will definitely order from Rove Concepts again.

I'm excited to keep shopping. Granted, I haven't completed the customer journey yet...we'll see when I get my table! :)

Ordering was a breeze - but only on a PC. Initially we had tried to select our custom dining chair cushion covers using an iPad, but the “floating” window to select colors on the IPad soon became frustrating, so we started our order again using a PC without further issue. Bottom line is we love Rove, and the ordering experience would be much easier if accessible using different types of digital devices. Hence 4 instead of 5 stars. As an aside, it would be helpful to group together the custom colors for dining chair cushion covers by type of material to view all colors for a particular type (e.g. cashmere wool). We spent much more time than we wanted trying to figure out what the color selections were for each type. At this time we are unable to comment on the furniture we ordered, though we are certainly hoping it takes much less than 14 weeks to arrive!

I am a designer and as mentioned in other reviews, I love the designs and quality of the furniture, but the delivery process is terrible. We ordered a bed for a client and had several failed delivery attempts where the client was indeed home waiting for delivery. Customer Service was unhelpful in resolving the issues and the client was sleeping in the floor for more than 6 weeks. I have pre-ordered some sofas and am hoping the delivery is not an issue. Their products are great though.

We’re very happy with the style and quality of the furniture, but the delivery process was a real pain. We ordered a bed on Memorial Day and, after two failed delivery attempts, it was finally delivered on Labor Day. We were sleeping in the floor for more than 6 weeks.

I haven't had any issues with their customer service, and the furniture I've ordered I've been really pleased with. I think their website could use some work however - it would be helpful if there were multiple ways you could look for furniture - for example, seating vs. tables vs. storage. The current organization doesn't always fit what I'm looking for. In addition, it would be helpful if new additions were given their own page. Finally, I have had some issues with checking out - for example, applying coupons in different orders led to different discounts.

I found the Rove Concepts website super easy to navigate. I discovered them through Instagram so was hesitant to order at first. However, the website it super user friendly and I was able to find answers to all of my questions. Also, their Labor Day sale and voucher deal was awesome! Super excited to see my new couch :)

The furniture is well made and looks great!

The delivery was timely and the product is overall nice, but there is a significant chip/dent in the center of the head board. Hoping Rove can replace or repair.
