Frankie was awesome
Frankie was awesome! I had used your chat widget to ask about why my non-rural address was being selected as rural and the person helping on the widget basically said "that's just how it is". I had also written into support and Frankie replied that she agreed with my address being non-rural and created a custom quote to adjust the extra shipping cost. This move literally earned my business as I was close to buying something from CB2 after originally being told the shipping couldn't be adjusted. Thank you Frankie!
Excellent customer service
I haven’t received my sofa yet. The review of that will come later. But as for Rove’s customer service, it’s top drawer. My fabric samples were overnighted to me and my representative was knowledgeable, courteous and extremely helpful.

My account online says the item has shipped but I never received an email with shipping information. Also purchased with the 10% voucher and the next day it was 15% so super bummed it fluctuates so easily, still waiting on an email to receive the voucher as well.

Not only did the furniture I receive from Rove concepts "Milo sectionals" exceed my expectations, but all the way from the customer service reps and the white glove delivery was also exceptional. I would order here again without hesitation.
Damaged products
I ordered sectionals, a bed frame, a dresser and 2 night stands. Products are well made and beautiful. However, the dresser got a significant chip on the front side. And the bottom of one of sectionals was ripped and had a big stain on the front side. I contacted CS and they said I need to claim the case first and they’ll get back to me in 3 business days. I’m waiting for the response hoping I can get the replacements soon.

The Rove Wishbone Counter chair was awesome (exactly as described/photographed), service was great, and scheduling the delivery was easy. Even when I initially had an issue with my order, Rove was quick to rectify the matter. It was all very efficient & hassle-free. I would definitely order from them again.

Over all the experience was great. Sale person was very professional and accommodating. Made the process easy. I did have a misunderstanding regarding location of pick up. I was told I could pick up my item at the store when in fact I had to go to their warehouse instead. I wish they had a larger location to view more displayed items. Again, pleasant and easy transaction.
