After placing my order, I needed to make a change with one of the items. I sent an email to Customer Service with the request. The team responded quickly and addressed all my needs. I am very satisfied with the service. It's such a pleasure to deal with a company that invests in good customer service!

I got some damaged pieces and Rove was willing to replace them. Although I need to wait for another 3-4 weeks, I’m happy that I can trust this company and place more orders and I did. I hope all pieces I’m waiting for are in good shape. Delivery was not as satisfactory as CS. They postponed scheduled arrival time several times. Overall experience with Rove was good and product quality was just like the pictures on the website except for Audrey chair which is more on ivory/cream side than white.

The customer care team was really responsive and helpful in answering questions about the products. I’ve had good experiences with Rove Concepts thus far and would recommend them. However, it would be really nice if they were more flexible with their shipping options/pricing as they contract with a third party now and have no pricing flexibility. The price of shipping is the same under certain threshold amounts so it costs the same to ship one chair vs one table, which can be expensive when you’re buying smaller items. I would buy way more often from Rove Concepts if it wasn’t for their expensive flat rate shipping!

We're very impressed by the deals we've scored through RC. We bought an entire bedroom set through them, on sale, with a 20% off voucher for future use. Yesterday we used that voucher and were also able to apply another sale promo code and this saved us a ton of money. Picking up the bedroom furniture from the warehouse was a breeze. Looking forward to our second order - the customer service has been wonderful in every interaction.
