The Aalto is a very comfy and stylish chair. It's exactly what I wanted. I can curl up in it, sit up right, stretch out. And it looks so dang good. Will absolutely buy from Rove again.

Easily found the couch we wanted. The website was simple to navigate and the online images were very helpful in choosing colors and style. The purchasing process was fast and uncomplicated. Tracking our order now is a breeze. All in all a good shopping and buying experience. We can’t wait for delivery!

I am trying to purchase several pieces from the modular sectional, but cannot get a straight answer from the reps I have contacted, they either don’t answer or answer something that’s not related, frustrating and very disappointing as I really like the furniture :(

It's a fairly lengthy process but the furniture is really nice. One piece came damaged and it was a nightmare dealing with the company. Customer service is friendly but has no escalation power and their "claims" manager might work once or twice a week. Quite frankly, I have never experienced such a poorly executed customer service and resolution center - I've had better experiences with airlines.

Very easy to order online. I had a question regarding shipping and it was answered promptly. I eagerly await the arrival of the "Norman" counter stools that I ordered and will update my review upon receipt.

We bought 4 Hal chairs to go with our Marcus dining table. They match beautifully and seem much sturdier than these replica ones that we bought on another site. I have two issues with them: 1) The seat height isn't higher than I thought. The seat measures slightly higher at the front than the back, so for someone petite, this can be a problem since both feet don't comfortably rest on the floor. My husband, whose much taller than I am, didn't mind it, but did notice this height difference as well. The second issue is that the seat back hits at an odd spot. Again, for someone petite (5'3"), maybe it's my particular stature, but the top of the chair hits across the scapulae. Even though we replaced our flimsier chairs with these sturdier ones, they're also less comfortable for me. We got them on sale, they match, and we're keeping them for a while I guess. But unfortunately I won't be doing any lounging in these.

The marble pedestal dining table from Rove is beautiful and solid. It met all of our aesthetic and functional requirements of the space. Delivery was on time, as promised and process was smooth.
