The detailed description of items, especially the measurements and diagrams of dimensions on the web site is extremely helpful.

The furniture is solid, but the attention to detail is lacking. For example, the drawer faces don't quite align when closed, some sit higher than their neighbor and don't sit flush. We had some problems with both damage and assembly defects in our first order, which Rove then replaced. It took some persistence, but they responded eventually. Very happy with their willingness to replace, but now I have four dressers, two of which have issues with either construction or shipping damage. The price is reasonable, the materials used are solid, but they're not quite built well enough to earn a great or excellent.

Was recommended by a friend who has ordered before. Pre-ordered the Egg chair and love the look. Like that there are several pictures of the chair alone as well as in a room paired with other furniture. I had a few questions about shipping and custom orders and live chat/phone chat was instantly helpful - even on a Sunday. So far very happy and looking forward to my pre-order coming in December.

Easy to navigate website. Great styles. Good prices. Shipping costs...blag. I didn't like that the shipping estimate shows the lowest rate until I actually checked out and then it jumped $170 more. I'd rather it not give a price until an address is entered. Other than that I like the store.

First time purchasing from Rove Concepts and one of the items was damaged during shipping but Rove was more than supportive in sending out a replacement. The replacement was damaged so Rove sent out another replacement which was perfect. Appreciate the patience and commitment by Rove to get it right.

I cannot comment on the item yet, but the shopping experience was positive. Every time I hovered over an item for more than a few seconds, a window popped up with a customer care person ready to help with any questions. I asked about timing, shipping, furniture details, etc. One thing that was confusing to me was that the Rove site stated everything was 20% off, plus an additional 20%. That additional 20% comes to you in a rebate to use on a future purchase. (I don't actually know if that will be available once the furniture item ships or what.)

The walnut veneer looks great, extremely high quality
