missing parts - replaced super fast
I was missing the pads underneath the chair so it was scratching our floors. So we sent them an email and we got the pads via FedEx within a few days!

It's a bit nervewracking to purchase online without seeing the couch in person, but through speaking with Rove Concepts advisors and getting fabric samples through the mail (very quick delivery), I felt comfortable putting through my order. Very excited for my new couch!

Since I live in NY, I didn’t have a RC showroom to visit. I was extremely interested in the marble dining tables but I had so many questions and concerns.
The hosts and concierge team were informative and easy to communicate with. All questions and concerns were always addressed in a timely manner. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my online shopping experience.

Beautiful bed and dresser. Great quality and very sturdy. We ordered both items pre-order and both shipped and were delivered well before the original date we received.

We elected to pick up our new coffee table. The pick up location was a little difficult to find, but we managed to find it. The warehouse guy that loaded the box into our truck, laid the box down. The box very clearly said do not lay down, keep upright. The table top was not damaged during transportation. Putting the table together was very simple, however the installation kit was missing washers, which I was able to pick up at the local hardware store. A little annoying since the table was so expensive. Table looks great!
