Website seemed faulty
Website seemed faulty, on multiple browsers. I purchased a table online only to discover that my order hadn't been processed. I ultimately had to call to place the order again. When doing so, they gave me the wrong price until I corrected them.
That said, I like the products and the delivery came earlier than expected. Prices are good for the exceptional quality.

Navigating the website was easy, and it was great to see the furniture in pictures and in videos. It's scary purchasing such a large piece of furniture without trying it out, but Rove provides you with lots of information to make you choice easier. I have not yet received a shipping confirmation, but I am happy that I am able to live chat with customer service to address any issues. Looking forward to receiving our couch!

My sofa ( Lucan leather) arrived so well wrapped and in perfect condition! The toffee color is gorgeous and the sofa is ver well built! Really good purchase for the price !

I had made a few phone calls to customer service regarding my purchase. Both representatives I talked with were very nice and assisted me with everything I needed.
Shipping is unacceptable
Shipping is unacceptable. They "are not allowed inside customers' homes", so our super heavy marble top table is sitting in our garage. We have to HIRE A MOVER to get it into the home. UNACCEPTABLE. Secondly, there were no instructions to put it together. lots of screws, washers, bolts, and cork/wood things. The table is beautiful in pieces on different levels of our home.
Ceva the shipping company used was…
Ceva the shipping company used was subpar. They had only my first name associated with an incorrect last name, an obscure phone number I'd never heard of, an incorrect e-mail address and lastly an address that would've ended them on the other side of the city. I'm completely unaware of how that much disconnect occurs and really hope it was a one off. The company had said my bed would've sat in the warehouse had it not been for my reaching out to them.
Aside from that inconvenience the product itself was as advertised and of good quality.
Swatches came quick
Having the swatches sent to the house quickly helped make the decision. I did find the shipping costs to be quite high in comparison to other online furniture retailers that are very similar.
Bed order
I had no trouble placing my order. Due to busy Black Friday they related there may be some delay in shipping. However there has been no further communication about the order. The shipping expense was more than expected. It initially quoted $129 and then changed to $399. I’ll have to check but I don’t think I was charged that much for my previous order which was larger and more expensive.

We stumbled upon Rove Concepts when shopping for furniture for our new house. We were looking for contemporary furniture to match out taste as well as the design of the new house. My nephew showed me the Porter Sofa and I immediately knew that this was the sofa! It was perfect. Ordering from Rove was easy and the reps were exceptionally helpful. We are also ordering the Dax sideboard and the Enzo bench. All of their stuff is well designed. We were lucky to get in on some Black Friday deals so we went all out. I love their selection and very likely will be buying a lot more furniture fro them
I have had a rough experience so far…
I have had a rough experience so far with customer service and shipping who lost my order. Today I called pretty annoyed and finally dealt with a very good customer service rep named Jose that was very helpful and resolved my issue. Now hopefully I will finally receive my table I ordered 3w ago. Be mindful that shipping dates provides on the website are not accurate. It takes much longer than they say
