I love that I could see photos of products from actual customers and in a variety of settings. That was probably the most helpful. Also, seeing people actually sitting on the furniture is great to give perspective of sizing ratios.

The furniture looks great

I really liked the customer service team from Rove. As I was not able to go to one of the showrooms I was hesitant to buy furniture online. They suggested me to order swatches and connect with a host. I didn’t connect with a host but I received swatches and measurements. I can wait to see the table and chairs I ordered

The over all experience of purchasing with Rove is good. They send a schedule for when they expect goods to arrive and organizing pick up was seamless. My couch looks great and the quality is good. I do think the membership/voucher program could be tweaked. You don't get the voucher until your goods arrive (which can take months if you've ordered a couch) and you can't use more than one voucher per order...so many limitations. Communication with them is great as they're usually quick to reply with their chat.

No one to talk to in customer service even with $150 paid for a membership. Literally no one to pick up the phone.

Have bought a few different product from Rove Concepts and so far have been happy with them all. Even when one product was shipped damaged the process to get it replaced was seamless and simple.

The sales representative was extremely helpful. She took her time to answer all of my questions in detail. Very informative. I felt confident in my decision make a large purchase after my conversation with her. I cannot wait to see my new furniture!

Chair arrived and while there was small mix-up with a cushion, the error was corrected and customer service immediately got back to me and was helpful. Altogether extremely happy with purchase and it’s super comfortable (almost like a pool lounge chair feeling). The sheep fur thing looks a bit different then some pictures but still nice.

Easy to use website, with the membership details/beneifts clearly explained. The sales promotion running where we gert 20% back in credit is brilliant - can't wait to order more!
