Excellent experience. Reason for 4 stars vs 5 is the actually checkout experience. On mobile, it's hard to go back and forth and see then itemized list of things that make up the invoice, or the costs. Especially with your pricing structure, it would be helpful to see the line items as you checkout.

I absolutely love everything about Rove!! Their website is very minimal and beautiful but a bit slow which I didn’t find annoying. I had a chance to connect with their host as well to see my couch ! Shout out to Stephanie for her help xx amazing experience. I still haven’t received my items ( I ordered alot lol ) but I’m sure I’ll be happy with it.

We have placed several orders to Rove after recently building a new home. We could not be more impressed with their customer service. The site is user-friendly, and the chat function is great for questions and troubleshooting

Customer service/sales by the name of Silver was very helpful and friendly. The web site during the ordering process was quite slow though, even though other web sites during the same time period were fast. Overall though, a decent experience so far.

Rove has been great. Your customer service is always swift and helpful. I'm a designer and shop for my clients on Rove. I do wish the Trade account was a higher percentage since when you have sales (which clients love), the sale price of most items could eliminate any margins made from my procurement.

Overall online order experience was good. I didn't have any technical problem to process my orders.

Shopping at Rove online was very easy and I liked that you are informed as to whether things are in stock and ready to ship or not right away. I found the reviews and also hosts to be very helpful in making my decisions. I am waiting for my first shipment so can't speak to quality of furniture yet, but I will review after arrival.

I ordered two Round Chairs and they arrived promptly. They are absolutely gorgeous and exactly what I wanted. The packing materials weren't quite sufficient as one arrived with a small dent right on the top of the back rail so one star off for that but otherwise these chairs are perfect. Really beautiful and comfortable as well.
