I am hoping the furniture will be as nice as it looks and is described online. The ordering process as a new customer was not seem-less, the chat feature was not functioning and when I called I received a message telling me to use the chat feature. As I write this, no one has yet replied to an email I sent.

I had to wait a long time for my table to arrive. But the Carrera Oval is beautiful and was well worth the wait! However, I wasn't happy about the delivery service. I paid $150 and was told it is not "white glove service" so which was very expensive the table was delivered in wooden crates which were left in my living room for me to remove the table from and had to find a way to discard the wooden crates. Delivery service was definitely bad. The delivery man also knocked over my planter outside my house.

Found the item I was looking for at a great price…. which became even better after the member discount! And even more importantly these days, it promises to ship soon. Ordering process on the website was smooth.

Soft material and solid construction sofa. Delivery and shipping not the greatest, it is Expensive and inefficient.

After a few minor hiccups at the beginning, it all ended well. There was a bit of a wait for my Giorgio Executive Desk beyond the estimated wait time first shown on the website and when it arrived it was slightly damaged, but Rove Concepts was quick to correct all of this. They replaced the part in a timely manner and now I have a beautiful desk in my office. The oak veneer is cool. The design looks even more impressive in real life. Thank you to Rove Concepts. I look forward to shopping there in the near future.

I love the products I received! The furniture is truly beautiful. I do have to say that a couple of items came damaged, however, Rove Concepts was great about getting replacements for those items. They were really nice to work with and so don't hesitate to place an order.

Every question I asked was answered, if they were not sure they redirected me to another person that could answer my questions. Made my decisions easier! Loved the option of seeing the swatches before I picked my color.

Ordering was very easy and quality of product appears high. I have not yet received product yet. I thought the membership fee was high as well as shipping costs.

Just (finally) received my Ophelia bed in Modern Felt - Malmo. Came perfectly packaged, easy to put together (as with all furniture... much easier with 2 ppl). Looks fantastic and quality is better than I expected for the very reasonable price. One note - take the time to order their free samples - I was about to order their 'grey' velvet until I received the sample - it's very brown. The 'modern felt' is great for my house with dog hair, as it's more of a linen-look weave and dog hair isn't sticking to it as it does with actual felt or velvet. About Rove... extremely slow process (ordered mid-Feb, original delivery date for custom item was mid-July, just received mid-October); that stated they are very nice about responses.

The adjustable TV board is exactly what I'm looking for. Did a lot of research on feedbacks as RC does not have a physical store (and probably why the pricing is beautiful too) and barely found disappointment. I've made my order and will be waiting for its arrival!
