Overall my online shopping experience went well. A bit disappointed with website, minor glitches (would not allow me to scroll properly) but otherwise smooth check-out. Waiting on my CH25 Easy Chair to give further review. Keep you posted.
Order process was smooth but...
Order process was smooth. Unfortunately the expensive lounge chair purchased in time for a birthday was badly damaged in shipping and I refused it. It didn’t seem to much packaging to protect it and was all pretty beat up by the time it got to me. I put in for a replacement a day ago and haven’t heard back yet. A bit frustrated to say the least.

I ordered fabric samples prior to ordering furniture and the samples arrived within 2 business days. Rove Concept on line ordering was easy to navigate and live chat very helpful in answering questions I had on chair dimensions. Excited for the furniture to arrive!
Delivery Fee
I had an existing order, and before it was shipped, I bought another item. Instead of paying 2 delivery fees, the Rove team merged the orders and adjusted the shipping charges. This was done quickly and easily. Great customer service. Thank you!

Best shopping experience ever. Recently I moved into the new house and bought furniture from Rove Concepts, and I am so glad about my decision. I ordered a dining table, dining chairs, coffee table, and TV stand. Once they arrived I was so happy with the quality. They are all well made and I purchased the second round of orders. Can't wait to receive my orders. Only thing I would wish for is that they have instalation services.

I have been in love with Rove’s beautiful furniture for a while. I ordered samples and they came in 2 days! We were then able to choose our couch and the whole process was seamless! Now waiting for the pieces to arrive.

The concierge team takes too long to…
The concierge team takes too long to answer emails. I waited 5 days (including 2 days from the weekend) to place my order. The shipping times are too long as well. Takes forever to get anything delivered.

Their live chat customer service rep was very helpful in correcting an error I made with my delivery instructions. And she did it with a great sense of humour!
Working directly with Rove is great, but…
Working directly with Rove is great and their staff is punctual in answering questions and providing information about the products. The only issue I had with the site was the checkout process where in the final total it didn't show a breakdown of the price and that I was paying for tax. Calling a representative clarified this. My issues are more with the shipping company that the furniture comes through (Pilot services). The site for scheduling a delivery is very unclear and the first time I had furniture delivered they never showed up or called that they weren't coming for the appointment. Rove should really try to find another shipping company if they can.

Issues with Navigation/Membership
The products look great and in general, the process worked well. However, it was difficult navigating the web site to become a member. I joined and then ordered only to learn that the cost of my order would have included the $100 membership.
Good but check out experience could be better
The free swatches was very helpful when online shopping for furniture. The swatches arrived really quickly. Prices seem reasonable. My only complaint is that there are some glitches when checking out. If I add one item to my cart, go to my cart and increase the number units to let’s say 2 the pricing is wrong (charges more than it should). Turns out that if I directly add 2 units to my cart the problem is solved and the pricing is correct. Just be careful and double check the price before paying! I also found Safari browser to be more compatible than Brave. I’m still waiting for my order to arrive so I can’t say anything about the quality yet.

Easy to place your order online and customize your furniture options. The only downside is that the website doesn’t show all preview images of the chosen fabric options (I purchased a chair with ottoman). More preview images of customized options would be helpful. We’re awaiting the product so can’t review the actual product yet but ordering was easy.
