Mario Bellini (1935-present) was a student of architecture at the Politicnico di Milano before working as a director for a number of companies and opening his own studio in 1963. His design style is respected for its original forms and technical sophistication, which pieces can often be identified as Bellini’s by any admirer of mid-century design.
